BEEKMAN 1802 LUMP OF KOHL
Lump of Kohl is a skin detox treatment that uses bamboo charcoal
to remove impurities and chemicals from the skin and pure goat milk from Beekman Farm
to moisturize the skin and keep skin pH balanced.
Lightly scented with frankincense and myrrh for rejuvenation and healing,
regular use of the treatment will keep skin healthy throughout every season.
For use on face or body, the bar is gentle enough for use everyday,
but we recommend using 3x per week.

BEEKMAN 1802 CREAMED HONEY
One of our first "discoveries" at Beekman farm was an old apple tree on the border of the property
into which a colony of bees had set up home.
Now there are 40 bee hives at Beekman Farm, producing about 15,000 lbs of honey a year.
It takes 648 bees to produce the 9 oz of sweet goodness in each jar.
This product is available as:
Cinnamon Creamed, wonderful by the spoonful in coffee or tea and is delicious on toast and sandwiches
Lemon Creamed, Blending lemon zest with all the natural honey harvested from the Beekman Farm, and creates

BEEKMAN 1802 BLAAK DRIZZLE
The Blaak Drizzle is a reduction of balsamic vinegar,
figs and the elderberries that grow wild around Beekman Farm.
Perfect drizzled over cheese, salads, slices of fruit and even ice cream.
Beekman 1802 Blaak is the world-famous artisanal cheese produced from the goats
at Beekman Farm. Blaak is an Italian-style semi-hard cheese made from a
60:40 mix of raw goat and cow milk giving the cheese a mild but distinctive flavor.
In keeping with traditional cheese making practices, this rare cheese is aged for 3 months
in our caves and is coated with ash at each turning to promote the ripening of the wheel.
The resulting edible black rind gives the cheese its name and makes it
a true conversation piece on your table.
Geras Tousignant Gallery sells only whole wheels. Because each artisanal wheel is hand-crafted,
there is a natural variation in size and shape. Each wheel is approximately 2 lbs,
